We started working with John and his attentive staff in 2006 to prepare for a move which he helped us secure a perfect location at an excellent price for a new build out on a four year lease with a two-year option. After six years when we were not able to renew he helped us secure an ideal temporary space which we ended up staying in for four years. Once he helped us find our permanent future commercial purchase, his advice was instrumental in helping us cancel our lease early with no penalty so we had minimal overlap. After a long and difficult escrow we closed and completed a perfect new construction
