To give this review some context, we are in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic. Banks are changing the loan rules, appraisers and inspectors are hiding out in their homes, and restrictions are being placed for open houses. It's daunting times like these when a realtor's skills will really shine. In our Downey home sale, Maria was ahead of the curve on all of these issues - she planned for potential loan issues, had a network of reliable resources, and kept the communication lines open for all parties involved. Maria helped my parents buy their first home 10 year ago and our 2nd home in 2017. She is an amazing realtor...she is very patient and you don't feel pressured, she will show you as many houses as you want until u find your dream home.
