NuROOM provides you a written warranty at the time of completion of the job for one year on the structure and two years on the installation of the roof.

The company appears to be a scam of some kind or the owner is just incompetent. In Sep I requested a quite for adding a covered patio. The owner-Rick came over, looked at the job and provided a detailed estimate within a few days. The estimate had a few mistakes in the dimensions, which he clarified over email. We agreed on a Jan start date. After calling his office several times in Nov to get the permitting started I have yet to hear from this guy. His assistant mentioned that his thinking has changed. Total waist of time.

It's actually been almost six years, but I wanted to write a review because I think they deserve it. Back in the late '80s, we had a 17x11 room addition by NuRoom. In 2010, we were remodeling, and when my husband took down the ceiling in our bathroom, we found out that they didn't use pressure treated wood in the header, as per the plan, and we had extensive termite damage. I actually still had the plan, so I looked up NuRoom to see if they were still in business. I called them, and they came out and replaced all of the wood with pressure treated wood free of charge.
