I've called twice for a quote over the past nearly three weeks. Was told an estimator would call me to set up a time after the first call. Didn't happen. After the second call I was assured the estimator would call me no later than the following morning. Didn't happen. No courtesy call to inform me they are busy or behind schedule up to this point. No follow-up from the office to see if their estimator has followed through. Almost like they don't care if they get new business. I can't imagine how much business they are losing by not calling clients back. Unprofessional and not responsive.
