I experienced first hand how this inspection went. I would never recommend Tom Bramlett. He showed up at my house at 6:30 in the morning (said he thought the property was empty) he then proceded to bang into my walls with ladders, he tore apart my gas fireplaces and did not put any of the parts back, he wrote items in the inspection report that simple were not broken- he had no knowledge of how they operated. Example: he said none of our ceiling fans worked- he didnt use the remote control, he didn't know how to start the gas fireplaces, he said there was

We recently bough an old modern house that had previously had some water intrusion issues. We hired Tom because he specializes in mold and air quality which is important to us. Highly recommend A to Z Inspections. Tom is amazing and probably the best House and Mold inspector in North West Arkansas. We recently bought a house and 4 months later we pulled the old wall paper off the bathroom walls and found mold. We hired Tom to come out and inspect and he was very professional and helpful. He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions and made recommendations. If you are buying a home or need a mold inspection, I would absolutely go with this company--the best!

Tom and Cheryl were great to work with - easy to talk with, available, friendly/helpful, and did a great job. Tom did a very in-depth inspection and I was very comfortable that nothing went unnoticed or was missed. He went back and did a second inspection prior to closing and saved me thousands of dollars by being throughout. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. Tom provided a complete, detailed, and easy to understand inspection on our new home in Bentonville. Not being a home inspector, the easy to understand part was very important. He provided insight and explanation for unfamiliar terms and the entire report, which was delivered promptly, gave us the ability to get the full picture of issues so we could negotiate changes to our purchase agreement easily. I have used A-Z inspections for inspection of two different homes this year. Their rate was very reasonable and I believe I got my money's worth. I found them to be reliable, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable regarding standards in construction. Very pleasant and responsive when I needed to speak with them. MOST IMPORTANTLY TOM SAVED ME FROM PURCHASING A REALLY BIG MISTAKE OF A HOUSE THAT LOOKED GREAT TO ME AND MY REALTOR. I highly recommend these folks.

I can't give Tom with A-Z Inspections high enough praise! Tom did my house inspection back in 2005. He took his time and no nook or cranny was too small for him to inspect!! His inspection report was very detailed and included pictures to back his findings. I needed to get a mold inspection done on my home and without a second thought I hired Tom again!! His mold inspection and report mirrored that of the home inspection. I will Never use anyone else, and I highly recommend you don't either!!

His findings made it possible for us to purchase the home for a few thousand dollars less than our original offer. Outstanding, Tom will do everything you ask for and more. I would not think of using anyone else to do a home inspection. I have been looking at purchasing a Historic home and Toms insight and experience saved me from buying a money pit. he provides a full range of inspections including mold reports, and thermo imaging. His final report was clear and the best I have ever seen. he documented the areas that required repairs and made sure that everything on it was correct. I give them 2 thumbs up ( I only have 2 or I would give them more).
