The gentleman did a wonderful job inspecting the home we were looking to buy. He was thorough and pointed out a few things that we didn't notice when we originally looked at the house. Because of this, we were able to renegotiate the price, so that the cost of the repairs were covered before we bought the house, saving us thousands.
