Rehab Med Care offers services to anyone recovering from surgery or illness who require physician directed nursing, therapy, social and other healthcare related services in their own home. Usually patients who receive home health services are home bound or mobility impaired. When medically appropriate, our services are reimbursed at 100% by Medicare and most other major Health Insurance Plans except for equipment.
