The Super E is the smallest of our industrial line of meter / mix equipment. It is a very versatile machine appropriate for electronics potting, filter end capping, urethane casting, filament winder bath supply, and many other small/med sized applications. The Super E is a compact pneumatically operated bench top meter mix dispense system capable of delivering 3 lbs. of mixed resin per minute (low viscosity).
Appropriate for electronics potting, filter end capping, urethane casting, filament winder and roll coater bath supply. It also excels in many other medium to larger sized applications. Capable of dispensing ratios from 2:100 to 100:100, and materials with viscosities from 1cps to 200,000cps+ if self leveling.
The smaller of our line of super duty machines the Compact Perfect Flow is ready for production. Double acting pumps deliver material in both stroke directions for high output and continuous delivery. Easy slide ratio adjustment. Ratios from 1:100 to 1:1 are available. The Compact Perfect Flow can dispense a wide range of viscosities, up to 30,000cps and can pump paste materials with the addition of ram supply pumps.
The Single Post Ram Pump is designed to pump paste materials, (which will not flow under their own weight by gravity). The single cylinder ram design provides down force to the ram seal plate to pressurize material in a straight sided 5 gallon pail, forcing the material to flow into a pump during its intake stroke.

Our company bought a epoxy mixing machine from them for over 10,000$.
We broke our pneumatic foot switch, and ordered another from them. When the new switch arrived, I called the company who made the pump, and they sell it for $50.00, I was charged 168.92$.
I called and was put in contact with Charlie Kepner (CFO) and let him know about the pricing, and asked why they were charging their loyal customers so much extra. He replied : " We spend hours of time going over problems on machines, so we overcharge on parts because no one knows where to get them, the only reason you know was that we forgot
