Anna Klarck is an awesome Real Estate agent and an equally amazing person. She knows the ins and outs of the market but the quality that touched me the most about her is that she is a very honest person. For her the welfare of the client is paramount. Anna was my realtor for a recent home sale. She was fantastic! She gave great advice on what work should be done to the home to get it ready for listing. She was very prompt in staging the interior, taking great looking photos, and getting the home listed. The listing was professional looking and generated several offers within two days. Her experience allowed her to advise me on how to get the potential buyers to raise their offer amount. Anna then walked me through the pros and cons of each offer, helping me select the best one. The best thing for me and my husband was answering the door one day and finding this beautiful lady and her partner on the other side introducing themselves as local Realtors. They not only impressed me with their respectful and friendly manner, although I was not 100% ready to sell my home. But, after the holidays, they not only stopped by again and to my surprise with a bottle of champagne and a wonderful Italian holiday bread, and I was very impressed, we chatted and made a date for them to come by and talk.
