Anne was great. She went above and beyond. In the middle of winter she braves through the snow to give us Skype showings!! She compiled our lists of house and quickly showed us all our desired houses on the 2 day trip we had to find a house. She fought for us in negotiations, recommended a great lender and attorney and was always quick to respond on the phone. She's fun, efficient and friendly. Choose Anne!!!

Our house-hunting journey was a long and difficult one and Chris Peters was there with us every step. We were first time home buyers that were just starting out. Chris was very open and straightforward in trying to accommodate us and narrow down our searches to something that we could both afford and appreciate.
As it turned out, we were somewhat difficult to buy with since both me and my significant other had different ideas as to what is a must have, and what is of secondary importance. Chris did a great job for me. I had an extremely limited budget and wasn't fully sure what I was looking for. He was a fantastic listener and took the time to understand my needs. He was patient and helpful, which really stood out to me - many other agents decided I wasn't worth their time since my budget was so small. Working with Chris and his Assistant, Stephanie, was a great experience. My goal is to have great communication in every real estate deal that I am involved with.
