We had a beautiful Quartz countertop installed and LOVE it! The team was incredibly fast with install and I feel like I received a great product and wonderful service for a reasonable price. This is a family owned shop who treat their customers like family. My installation was scheduled and due to circumstances out of my control I had to reschedule.

Very disappointing, no customer service, and a complete waste of time. I was deferred, delayed, and ended up with no flooring.
Brenda, the owner and manager, is inconsiderate, indiffernt, slow to respond, and lacks basic customer service skills.
I tried to place an order over the phone first thing Monday morning and she pushed me to email. Her response time was abysmal and ineffective and it caused my order to be delayed setting back my project timeline.
When she was finally able to process the order I asked if she might offer a discount or in some way acknowledge the delay she caused.
