Services
Our machining facility provides numerous fabrication services. MacFab owns and operates new technology machinery to produce your products. This equipment, many computerized, enables us to precisely cut, weld, grind and/or assemble the materials needed to help a company succeed. Computer powered machines used to create metal sheets and tubing for manufacturing purposes.
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC lathes and machining centers for precision machining on a wide variety of metal and plastic materials. We use large Vertical Machining centers that are capable of holding tolerances to +-.0001. We also have multiple manual mills, drills and various other machine shop support equipment necessary to provide a wide range of machined components.
Our CNC equipment and CAD/CAM ENGINEERING, combined with our highly skilled workforce and specialized manufacturing techniques, insures that we produce the same part from 1 piece prototype to 10,000+ piece quantities and all jobs in between. We offer laser cutting, shearing, stamping, forming, bending, sawing, welding, grinding, straightening and other support processes on all types of materials.
MAC FAB appreciates the opportunity to work with you on your projects and equipment. We follow a stringent set of guidelines to exceed the quality demanded by our clients, all while staying on budget. Due to safety precautions and regulations, MacFab is not open to the public. We do encourage our clients to join us on a guided tour of our facility and witness the phenomenal process of machine fabrication from a safe distance.
