At the Joe Martino Counseling Network, we want to make counseling as convenient as possible for you. We have three offices located in the Greater West Michigan area. I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews. We've had a very positive experience with this office. They've really helped our son with his anxiety, depression and school struggles. They've been forthcoming and helpful with understanding insurance and payment expectations. I've been to many therapy offices seeking help and was very thankful to finally get the help our family so desperately needed.

Well for one extremely disappointing. We started with one couselor, then they just vanished. So all that bond, trust lost. Started with a second, and they also basically quit slowly. How is a teen suppose to build trust with someone if its never the same person. My wife and I on the other hand may need couseling after dealing with their billing department. Its lies after lies. I really think this place may just be a money grab. When you pay they say "oh we dont give receipts" but then want you to prove you paid on any discrepancy. Do your research we thought we did. Wasted $1000s with no benefit

Joe really was a great guy and helped us so much! His sense of humor is awesome! He works to make sure both people understand before moving on and is willing to reexplain things different ways until you understand. He is fair when it comes to the couple. Doesnt choose one person over the other, which is what most people are worried about.
