Staff were really open and transparent about everything. Mike provided excellent customer service. Mechanic took time to show and explain exactly what the issues were. They provided 2 estimates of work that needed to be done, one with immediate needs and a timeframe for the other. I did not feel pressured to get it all done at the same time, like dealerships have done in the past. The mechanic (Nick, I believe) was very knowledgeable and was not condescending. He showed me the the car on the lift and all the parts that needed replacement. They completed the job in a timely manner. The waiting room

I use this place whenever I can. They really stand up to their name. Always honest and fair with their work/ prices. I went to them because my running lights were making a noise on the dashboard and not turning on. and I had two other mechanics look at this issue due to some long distance traveling I had been doing.They were not able to fix it. then I went to honest 1 in middlesex where they quickly fixed it and I was able to pick up the car and go away on a long road trip.The issue was quickly and resolved this time. I trust this place with pricing and good work.

Had an issue where I replaced the battery in my 2010 RAV 4 over the weekend. This triggered the alarm system, horn, etc, and I could not disengage. Called AAA, they said they couldn’t help once alarm was engaged. Called Honest 1 this morning and Mike was a terrific help. He walked me through the steps needed to disengage; worked like a charm! Gary and his crew are the best! Always shoot straight, are extremely accommodating and know their stuff! I would strongly recommend them to anyone! Thanks!

Honest 1 Auto saved my vacation!!! The struts went on my van the day before we were to leave for the beach. The awesome crew at Honest 1 took my car in even though they were booked. Great staff, very helpful and always make sure you know exactly what work they're doing. If you have a high mileage car you MUST do the fuel system cleaning. I'm in my car a lot and know how it performs (and… how it should), and it was like night and day: quicker throttle response and acceleration (even with a/c on), and much smoother than before. Truly a transformation - not a gimmick! No one touches my car except Honest1 in Middlesex.
