Horrible experience. Would never come back. There is no evidence that Doctor Shan Kong has enough medical knowledge.

Frankly, I was a skeptic when I started going to Dr. Kong as I had never tried acupuncture, but I figured what did I have to lose? I quickly discovered that she's amazing - I found relief almost immediately, and the sessions are painless and relaxing. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and actually explains which meridians she's using and why. I've been feeling significantly better ever since working with her and can't recommend her enough.

I brought my mother here because a stroke left her almost lifeless. I tried everything from physical therapy, massages, and oxygen chambers to get her to get her moving again. Nothing was working, so after researching online about acupuncture, I read Dr.Shan Kong reviews and thought I’d bring my mother here. I bought her 6 sessions, so far after only 4 sessions , my mother can move her arms, legs, and feed herself! Her head was hanging so badly but she can now lift her head again. I have been going to Dr Kong for over 20 years and everything she has treated me for I have had a 100% recovery. Some things have been healed in one or two treatments and some have taken several months of treatments but it has always worked for me. I had been dealing with Sciatica pain severe enough to encourage me to visit Urgent Care. I received a recommendation to come here. I had some skepticism, but after several visits, noticed a distinct reduction in pain. With steady acupuncture application over the next week, I was surprised to experience a large reduction in pain. SIMPLY MIRACULOUS!!! I am an airline pilot that always researches every situation thoroughly. I saw Dr. Shan Kong twice before a major surgery to help prep my body. The miraculous part came 12 days after my liver resection. I was on 3 pain killers and still was doubled over in pain when going into her office. Within 20 minutes 70% of my pain was gone, by the end of the session, nearly all of my pain was gone and by that evening I had zero pain, my appetite was back and my digestive system seemed normal. I was recommended to see Dr. Shan Kong by a friend. I developed frozen shoulder 2 months ago and my doctor gave me a steroid shot that did not help at all. I also was going through physical therapy with no improvement at all. After 6 acupuncture treatments I regained full motion of my left arm! And there is no side effect at all, I'm amazed by Dr. Shan Kong's skills and would highly recommend her to my family and friends!

Shan Kong is the real deal. I've been to a few acupuncturists, but I really have found that Dr. Kong has been the most effective. She gets results - whether it's helping with a specific allergic symptom, with pain relief, or with multiple maladies, she is straightforward in her assessment and treatment.
She doesn't try to sell you on tons of supplements or additional products, unlike some acupuncturists or alternative practitioners. She is calm and professional... you needn't be squeamish about needles or the process.
