This should be a five star hotel but will remain a two unless things change. Don't believe the description of breakfast on their website. There were no waffles, yogurt or anything in the resemblance of healthy. There was no decaf coffee. Bacon came out 4to 6 pieces at a time. Not a piece of fruit. The rooms are rather cool/retro/european. Very comfy. But it was noisy....The toilet of our neighbors was louder than ours so we woke up every time someone flushed. There was light coming from behind the tub fixtures. It was eerily weird. There were no rooms for those who don't want to stay in a pet friendly

Great deal and love the full size fridge, dehumidifier built into ac unit, comfortable bed, everything is fancy and new, great price. Can bring own electric stove burner, pot and pan since has kitchen sink, dish rack and utensils. Nice HD channels on big TV. All for $60 a night was amazing. #3 on TripAdvisor for good reasons, the 2 above it are twice the price!

Very clean rooms and pet friendly and friendly staff! It’s hard for us to find hotels to stay in that allow the larger dogs and are clean too. This hotel was perfect! Looked to have been recently renovated and done well. If we are ever in that area again and are in need of a place to stay we will definitely be booking here!

I love staying here! The king size beds are pillow top and the bathrooms are large and always clean. The complementary breakfast is okay. The only thing I would suggest is carpets in the room. Sound bounces off of tile making the guest in the next room sound extremely loud. Check in and check out of always a breeze. Every employees you come in contact with are so nice and gracious (front desk, housekeeping and grounds employees)

Seven Springs Suites features mid-century modern architecture with an octagonal lobby with 25-foot ceilings and a spacious attached complementary breakfast restaurant with fireplace. The outdoor pool and and covered outdoor gas fireplace are spectacular. There's also a 24-hour workout facility by the pool. The hotel is located on 9 wooded acres and has been completely remodeled and updated. Needed a place to stay for Thanksgiving 2021 while visiting my daughter, who attends college in Tallahassee. Was afraid with the holiday season, price gauging was also coming. The Seven Hills was really reasonable, price wise, and the room was really better than expected. My other daughter really liked the bathroom barn door 👍🏾. My wife loved the entire experience from check-in to check-out; and did I mentioned the breakfast, her absolute favorite part. Not your usual continental breakfast here. Travelers beware! We booked a room for two nights through their website and then called the hotel four hours later to cancel the reservation. Spoke with a helpful person that told me my reservation had been cancelled. Fast forward two months later when I receive a call from the hotel asking me if I have checked out yet. It took me a minute to figure out that this was the hotel I had booked and then cancelled two months prior! I told the hotel all of this and that we had not checked in so how could we check out because we had no reservation! The manager said she would check into this and call me
