As always I waited until the last minute to order. Kathleen made it so easy! She customized the gift basket for the newlyweds better than I could have imagined! Sent me a picture of what she put together and will notify me once delivery is made. I will definitely keep sunshine baskets in my contacts for future needs. Very personal with grand professionalism. Lovely lovely place. I contacted them for assistance on a very very last minute order and the wonderful woman that answered, i believe the owner, was so amazing. She was able to work with me and help me with a birthday basket. Will make sure to use this company again for my needs.

Arrangement was exactly as I ordered. It was a last minute idea to give flowers. I picked up the arrangement within a few hours and everything worked out so beautifully. The family member loved the flowers.

I placed an order on Monday for Tuesday delivery for my friends birthday. My credit card was charged. They had not been delivered by late Tuesday night so I sent an email inquiring. By 1:00 on Wednesday I had not received a response so I called. The person who answered the phone (I am assuming the owner) told me she couldn’t get the Bird of Paradise for the arrangement in time and just received it. Super rude! Unprofessional! Will use other florists in the area who are willing to spend time to speak on the phone about a customer’s need. My sister and I contacted Kathleen about providing floral services for an event that we’re doing. Immediately, I noticed that it seem like she tried to rush us off the phone when other florists spent the time talking to us. Nonetheless, I did not want to go off of those perceptions and sent Kathleen a follow-up email as discussed to delineate our needs. I was checking for a small Business to make a flower arrangement for my wife on our sixth anniversary. I found a nice display on the website and decided to call and see if this arrangement can be made in a taller vase, I was told the arrangement could be made but it quite wouldn’t look like the one on the Internet but look very close. I feel special dealing with Kathleen at Sunshine Baskets! I wanted an arrangement pictured on her website, but (don't tell my wife) I didn't want to spend as much as it costs. We were able to scale it back to my budget. I am certain that it will be a wonderful display with SAME DAY Delivery. WOW!

I had a Mother's Day delivery emergency! Kathleen went to the market, purchased flowers for me and made sure we could get flowers to someone special from Tulsa to Las Vegas. She loved them!!! Her customer service was way beyond my expectations. She even called me to let me know the flowers had been delivered. Thank you!!!

I ordered something for my sisters wedding to be delivered to her hotel as a small wedding gift. Doing this kind of thing is always a worry when you are not in the same country. Kathleen went out of her way to add some extras to the gift parcel, and this, along with the prompt replies to my emails etc made everything worry-free and easy. Thank you so much!

An amazing customer service !!!! manager Kathleen was very helpful and she helped me to make an order exactly how i wanted it, and i was very picky ! and They have arranged an amazingly gorgeous bouquet of roses with a bow , very pretty ! I have called so many shops in the area and all of them were very high priced , but Sunshine Baskets shop they gave me a price with delivery almost by half of what all other shops have offered !!!!!
