Old management of decades ago was very customer oriented
The new management were not cooperative and the owners never called me to help me resolve my problems for which I was certain I was covered.
The Insurance Company CHUBB, to the contrary, were extremely quick and resolved the problem with my claim immediately
Fixing my apartment is happening now and they got me a room for two weeks (or longer if need be) in a 5 Star Hotel near my apartment
