Presently Larry Rosenzweig and Lynn Rosenzweig Derby run the family-owned business which has grown to handle all types of insurance for thousands of satisfied customers. Express Scripts now requires certain pharmacies that contract with them to obtain a $500,000 performance surety bond. This performance surety bond guarantees that pharmacies will uphold the terms of their contract with Express Scripts and that they will act in accordance with the contract.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has implemented a rule which requires suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) to obtain and maintain a surety bond in the amount of $50,000 on a continuing basis. Due to large volume, we are able to issue most bonds within 24 hours without a financial statement or spouse's signature.
The New York Department of State has enacted new regulations imposing additional bonding and insurance requirements to prevent potential abuses by business owners. This coverage will provide protection to nail salon workers who may not be paid legal wages. All businesses that employ two or more individuals on a full time basis who provide nail services including manicures or pedicures must obtain a wage bond.
