Such a scumbag, will tell you anything to get you through the door. I get it, its a competitive business with many other options but has no people skills to speak of. Obviously just a personal experience, but he rubs me the wrong way. Takes advantage of those not well versed in the industry, using jargon to confuse you. Anything to line his pockets, I would have felt more comfortable going with a coworker who did this as a side hustle. Which by the way, what does it say for the industry when your inept coworker can do the same thing he does?

As first-time buyers, we had no idea what we needed to do to purchase a home, let alone all the steps necessary to even qualify for an approval letter. Tim and his team were able to pull it off in a record amount of time all while giving a great rate. My wife and I were kept informed about any little detail that came up, and if we didn't respond via email, we would get a call to confirm. Tim and each member of his team are experts in what they do. I used AWM to fund my most recent home purchase in Mountains Edge. Tim, Hattie, and Heather at AWM all worked quickly to get me closed on the house in under three weeks! The communication was clear, and it is apparent that they communicate well with each other also. I'll be using them again when I'm in the market for another fixer-upper later on in the year.
