I received my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. I also graduated summa cum laude from the University Of Louisville School of Dentistry, specializing in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. By regularly participating in continuing education, I am able to stay current on the latest technology and orthodontic treatments.

My experience with the receptionist was kinda odd? I emailed them asking for an appointment, they emailed me back asking for my last name so I decided to call them instead. I didn’t get an answer so I left a voicemail and emailed them soon after. The next day a receptionist told me I need to call and can’t email for appointments…. Maybe check your voicemail box? Anyways, I called back and the receptionist knew who I was and what I was coming in for… But couldn’t bother to call me back?

Poorly handled financial. Brought two kids for a consultation, gave them my insurance, they told me what was covered and what our patient responsibility was we signed the contract at the agreed price, I paid in full to get the discount. A month after treatment started, I was notified by Voicemail (that I still have) that I over paid by $1500 & then reimbursed me for. A year later when my kids treatment was done they said they wouldn’t take their braces off because they owed a balance between the 2 of them equaling $1500. Their staff made a mistake and would not own up to it. They said they cannot
