Our team members are extensively trained in all aspects of orthodontic services. We regularly conduct training sessions and attend continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest techniques and information available to our profession. We believe that we offer the finest care in the team-delivered orthodontic experience.
He learned to speak Spanish while serving as a missionary in Los Angeles then returned to graduate from Brigham Young University with honors. He attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he saw the Cornhuskers win two national championships and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
When you visit our office for an initial orthodontic evaluation, the orthodontist will perform a comprehensive examination to determine if orthodontic treatment is needed and present the initial findings to you that same day. During the exam the doctor will evaluate jaw, teeth and facial growth to determine if now is the best time to begin orthodontic treatment.
Beyond providing a great smile, orthodontics also corrects "malocclusions" or bad bites. A malocclusion (the term for crooked, crowded or protruding teeth) occurs when the teeth are not lined up properly. Malocclusions can affect the way a person chews, talks or smiles, and in some cases, can affect the jaws causing pain and discomfort.

Dr. Swenson and his office are true Miracle workers. I had a difficult situation where surgery was necessary for my orthodontic correction. The process including the surgery should have taken at least 24 months. With the advanced techniques and technology Dr. Swenson was able to get it done in 13 months from start to finish. All of the process was done with the least pain possible which was important to me. I did use the AcceleDent which assisted in the pain ease and the rapid results.
