I have been working with Norm, and my experience has been great! I have had to do most of the process over the phone as I am out of town, but it has been a seamless process and I couldn't be happier. I'm in sales myself and I really appreciate his transparency and honesty. I'm hoping this car will last me for years but if I want a new one or know of anyone else I will be referring them to Gus Johnson.

What is the definition of insanity? Taking your vehicle to Gus Johnson's service department and expecting a different result every time. I quit bringing my truck here because they end up keeping my vehicle all day for an oil change and the service providers act like you are inconveniencing them. Didn't have time to take the family vehicle up to Foothills Lincoln so I dropped the car off today at 7:40 AM and it's 4:25 PM and the car is still on the lift for an oil change! The work they do is quality but they move at the speed of smell and are just not cordial. You don't have

What a joke. Called my service advisor three times and left messages about an issue with my truck and never once got a callback. I would rather pay for the parts myself even though it's under warranty and also fix it myself then have to count on them to get it right.

Lucky they don't have any competition in the area. Sad but true. Gus Ford is the only ford warranty provider in the area (Spokane Valley) So, We all have to go there like a bunch of cows go to the slaughter house.
Although, You have to admit the service department crew look really cute sitting at their little podiums in their little chairs all day getting paid for being Rudd hahaha
Sad but true:)

My husband needed his airbag recall fixed. He called and left a message numerous times they never called back. He finally went down to them to make an appointment. He "threw them a bone" and also set up an oil change so they would get a paid visit also. They said it would take 2-3 hours. It took 5&1/2 hours. Thankfully they have a shuttle that showed up one hour after he dropped his car off. They picked him up to get his car and the paperwork wasn't done so add another 10 minutes. They go get the car and drop it off and he waited another 10 minutes and they say"oh yeah I

I live out of state and am in Spokane visiting. I needed an oil change on my Ford F250 and drove in this morning for an oil change (this dealership is the closest to where we are staying). I pull in to service as there is no Quick Lube as most Ford dealers have. I was promptly told that I cannot have an oil change today without an appointment. I left frustrated and not happy. Before coming I viewed their website and service information and no where does it say that an appointment is required for an oil change.
I drove up north to Wendle Ford and they had no problem getting me an oil change. They

I took my 2008 Ford f350 into Gus Johnson Ford on the afternoon of 6/12/18, after the first three days of hearing nothing I called for an update. They told me that they would take a look at it and let me know, after not hearing back I called back they said they'd get it in and see what was going on. The morning of 6/18/18 I called back and codes had popped up they told me they would get it in promptly. Today being 6/26/18 called again it took me and hour to get a hold of them I talked to a guy on the phone and he told me it wasn't his department or his problem he had no people skills

I have been taking my 2011 Ford Escape to Gus Johnson for service/oil changes etc since I moved to Spokane in 2013. Jeff in the Service department is AMAZING!! I always get my questions answered in ways that I can understand, fair prices and have always had great work done on my vehicle. I definitely recommend them.

They are inconsistent with what they say is wrong with my car. When there's an obvious problem the mechanics push it to the side even when I mention it because it was brought up previously. And my oil changes take so long! Like 3-4 hours long. For the money I pay on my car the service should be better

Keith in the Service Department did a perfect job. He was tentative in the midst of a very busy Friday afternoon and was sure to answer any questions completely. He gave me intermittent progress updates as I was in the waiting room as well. He went above and beyond to tend to my needs during a busy afternoon and he did flawlessly.
