I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it done. The car was washed and ready to go upon arrival. Tj answered all my questions, explained all the options, where I could go to get what done if it ever needed it. And he didn't act or treat me like he was a salesman. Maybe that just means he's good at it, in my opinion, his goal wasn't to sell me a car. His goal was to make sure I had what I wanted, and the way I wanted it. Across the board, awesome car buying experience. You've earned yet another lifetime customer.

The sales manager on 6/15 when found out he had got caught in a lie became very hostile. As he was walking away I turned to grab my three-year-old son and he flipped me off behind his back ( very passive aggressive and highly professional) and when I confronted him he like a coward denied it. When I asked to see the boss he pounded his chest like an orangutan and said " I am the boss" So I asked if he was the owner his response was "Damn near now what" He refused to give me a name so stayed tuned on Monday.

We came in to buy/lease a Nissan rouge LE Star Wars. We applied for it, now we were in limbo. Waited 2 days before we started calling. Now they say there going to sell the car even if we qualify (last one in stock). At this point we got ran around waiting for people to call us back. No one knew what was what and they never updated as promised. At this point we refused to continue and told them where they could put the car for not holding the car we applied for and making us wait with put updating us.

I love the service department at Dave Smith Nissan - yes they do great work...but it is Jim at the desk that is the heart and soul of that place. My husband tried to convince me to take it to a small shop in the valley to save some money...not happening! Quite frankly I don't think anyone can beat the price, value and service along with my satisfaction that if anything goes wrong, they have me covered! Thanks Jim - your the best!

I don't know about the low stars for the dealership, but the service guys rock! I was on day 5 of a 30 day road trip, in northern Idaho, when my engine services lights went off and I lost engine power. I have a code reader for my Xterra. One of the engine sensors was malfunctioning. Cleared the code. It came back later. Yikes!
