I like their jewelry but I have a bracelet that I ordered and it came in and it has a defect . I would like to get a replacement please. I keep sending emails and no one has responded. I have ordered from them before and was very happy with everything. They have nice stuff . I would recommend their jewelry it is pretty.

First set of jewelry we receive was missing one piece. I was able to contact support and get a replacement one which came fairly promptly. The items where not great but wearable so we decided to try one more box.
The other box came without incident but we didn't like much what we got so we decided to cancel. There is no way to easily cancel other than to send an email to their support.
Since then no answers, I have tried to reach out to them couple times and dead silence. We are of course still being charged and I had to open a case with the bbb and my credit card company....
