We experienced what we thought were electrical problems with our truck and could not start the vehicle. I called Geico road service and they dispatched a PANTUSA tow truck to transport our truck to the dealership. When Mike arrived he immediately took care of business. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with PANTUSA.

Danny & Marshal were great! Never had a tow company come so quickly! I recommend these awesome guys! 🙏 hopefully I don’t need to use you again, but these guys know what they’re doing unlike others that make you wait hours and can’t even get it right. The tow truck operator was incredibly helpful and friendly. He checked the battery and was able to resolve the problem without needing to tow the vehicle. Even followed behind to make sure I didn't break down on his way to the next client. The phone operator also was helpful when I rescheduled my appointment.

The worst tow company EVER. Been waiting 4.5 hours for them to come. I'm still waiting and originally they told me one hour. SMH Then I called to ask how long because they never ever called me to let me know their running behind, more than 3 hours behind. Then the rep from the place had such horrible/rude customer service. The rep (guy) on the line told me if I didn't like it then call someone else. I didn't get to choose what company I wanted to go with my insurance did. Please stay far away from this company. So rude and will completely waste your time. Rude MF.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Charles was absolutely fantastic. After there was a miscommunication between the employees of where the car was being picked up, Charles waited for them to figure it out before leaving. He could've just left and had them figure it out on their own time, but he didn't. He was patient, kept me informed, and got here in record time- in another state and on a Saturday evening. He was extremely friendly and professional, and I would definitely use him again!

Towing company made me wait FIVE hours until they came and towed my car. Kept saying to wait 45 minutes then went up to and hour and kept on going to 2 hours. Purposely kept ignoring my calls until I had to call them on a different phone. Very disappointing towing company and would not recommend anyone to use this place.

I have Audi Roadside Assistance, they used this company to tow my vehicle to the dealership. They said it would be 70 minutes, which I understood and was OK with. 70 minutes went by as I'm tracking their status on joinswoop.com (the link Audi sent me). After 70 minutes jt said arriving soon for another 20 minutes, so I called the towing company, all I heard was laughing and talking in the background, the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude, said they haven't sent anyone out. When I asked why, he hung up on me. I called back Audi roadside assistance and had them call this company

I called AAA and Patusa came out to tow my husband's work van. The driver who came out was very friendly and approachable. There was a piece of wood behind the tire and when I went to move he stopped me telling me "No I got this!" What a blessing It was quite the job to get it on the truck bed. I would definitely refer this company. I am totally satisfied with them.

I contracted with Pantusa Towing to tow my vehicle at 1am and waited for quite some time for service. I finally received a phone call letting me know that the driver was having a hard time finding out where I was, even though I had listed my exact physical address, with numeric, street name, city and zip code included; I asked him to simply go to the address which I had listed (not sure why he didn't go there to begin with). Finally, upon arrival, the driver had a child in the passenger seat and pulled directly into a no-parking area. When I kindly instructed him to pull forward

These guys at PantUSA are the best and came though for me. I live in Hawaii and I was trying to get my dad's car towed from the hospital to a storage unit, and these guy were great they made it happen. They also have an awesome website where I could put all the details in and this made it easy for me to do business with them from Hawaii. The best part was when they were done, they sent me pictures so I could see the car safely in Evans Storage.

After wasting half the day away waiting for CHACON Towing company and them telling they couldn't do the job when all it was is that the driver was to lazy to even get off too assess the situation so they gave me some made up excuse about needing all this specialized equipment NEVER USE THEM! Pantusa came out within the eta given originally and got off looked at my truck and was professional and courteous and got the job done without having to use any of the equipment the previous towing company said we needed to get the job done! Essa above and beyond what a roadside assist usually does

First time I've been towed so it's new to me. I was stuck in a parking lot with my 3 year old, I and our minivan! Pantusa estimated they would get there in 45 minutes and got there in about 35. The driver( sorry don't remember your name) was friendly and got all of home quickly! I got a text telling me where my driver was but also got a text asking if I was picked up at the 45 minute mark! I was and told the driver that people were checking up on him. Lol. Great company but my only regret is not remembering his name and not grabbing a few business cards?

I had a blowout and Hyundai 24 hour roadside assistance sent out Pantusa Towing to tow my car to the dealership. Brandon called when he was on his way to meet me and was very friendly and helpful loading my car onto the truck. If I ever needed a tow again or needed to recommend a towing company I will definitely recommend Pantusa. They definitely have an asset in Brandon!

I had trouble starting my car around 5:00pm, and I was able to schedule an appointment to have them pick up my car after class at 8:30pm. I was really impressed by their friendliness and punctuality. They handled my Honda Civic with great care. They gave me lift home and shared with me stories of their hometown and the work they do. As I got home, the driver easily backed out of the tow truck into a parking spot in neutral like a pro. I could tell they have plenty of experience doing this line of work. I'm very appreciative of their service.
