Chronic diseases can be very difficult, but patients who take an active role in their own care can make more informed choices and are less likely to be rehospitalized down the road. Decreasing hospitalizations for the long term is the ultimate goal for each of our programs. We use the most current evidenced based medicine to develop our clinical and patient education, and plans for patient care.

No showed for appointments and did not get back to my parents after multiple pleas of help. I am the emergency contact. For the first time in my fathers 18 year battle with cancer, I was not contacted. Literally every single other health care company and doctors office has called me IMMEDIATELY when they could not get ahold of either of my parents (both of whom are disabled, one of which literally can't speak

We were faced with the option of staying in the hospital or going home - we opted to go home using Cavalier Healthcare and BioScrip. Our first contact with Shawna was great and Annie made the last two visits. What wonderful people and what caring service - if we ever need home are again we will definitely use the same team! I was fortunate to have Cavalier provide both home nursing and physical therapy services following a stint in the hospital. They were fantastic — knowledgeable, highly skilled, meticulous and friendly.
Most of the nursing visits were done by Christina, who took great care of me and patiently showed me what to do for those things I needed to do between visits. She's not only great at what she does, but a great teacher as well. And fun to be with. Courtney came on one occasion, and she was also superb.
Physical therapy was with Chris, who's a real pro. The exercises he gave me were calibrated

Patricia (Trish) Balinas was the nurse who provided in-home therapy to me for a leg wound. At first meeting Trish's demeanor and warmth immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence that she would be able to get my wound to close. Her nursing skill in examining and dressing my wound, her honest assessment of its condition, and her warmth and optimism all got the job done. After 3+ years of hospital, out-patient, and home health care, this has been the best home health care experience I have had. I recommend her to anyone who needs home health care.

Cavalier Healthcare was outstanding in its care for my mom. My mom suffered a very bad cut on her leg that was not healing properly. Our awesome nurse Sarah took care of the wound and kept me informed of the her status. Sarah also let me know every time she would be visiting my mom in her senior living community. Our experience was great and we could have not if had a better nurse. Thanks Cavalier and Sarah.

Cavalier Healthcare was great working with me and my mom after she had surgery and was released from rehab in June. The physical and occupational therapists, Shannon and Ben were great and answered any questions I had. My mother's nurse Sara came twice a week to clean and change the dressing on the wound and instructed me how to care for the wound and if she could not make and colleague would fill in. I highly recommend Cavalier.

Cavalier has helped my Dad and my family out immensely. Sara, especially, has provided amazing guidance in every aspect of my Dad’s care and we are very grateful to have such a wise, down-to-earth RN by our side. The therapists they provide all work with our schedule and fill my Dad’s week up with activity which is wonderful. It has also been such a pleasure to receive all of the critical supplies they have provided us on time and in just the right quantities. This is our third experience with Cavalier and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I would like to recognize the overwhelming support and care provided by a dedicated team of professional nurses who aided me in my time of need. I underwent surgery on 21 October and was released the next day. I left the hospital with a host of issues and a myriad of questions. Failing to secure a satisfactory response to my inquiries, my frustration level rose. Fortunately, my Daughter recommended that we call Cavalier Home Health Care.

I am extremely happy with Cavalier Healthcare Services. My nurse, Sarah Gillespie is absolutely top notch! I didn't receive good instructional training for how to handle my ostomy bag while in a rehab center. Sarah found new products that have eliminated the daily bursts and leaks. I appreciate her diligence in checking back with me to ensure all is going well. She is very personable and relentless in making sure I have everything I need. I simply can't say enough thanks to Sarah for the exceptional care!

After my total knee replacement surgery, I needed home physical therapy until I was able to walk/drive freely on my own. My PT Lindsey Carpenter with Cavalier Healthcare Services was a dream to have. She is a very patient person while pushing me to do more in my progress at the same time. Lindsey is a very pleasant young lady to communicate with as well. You easily build a friendship with Lindsey that makes you want to do more in your workouts between visits so you wouldn't let her down. Such a motivator she was and I'm sorry our time has ended so quickly but greatful for the fast recovery
