We've been using clinic for over two years and it has always been a good experience. They have a welcoming staff that makes it easy for you to get in and get out. Doctors and other assistants are very easy to work with and they time to listen to your needs and make the right suggestions. Recommend this clinic to anyone in the area, they accept most insurances and they tell you before hand about the billing details, no surprises.

I went to this office starting last year for my routine all went well till I needed a crown treatment. The front desk communication was really poor. They have not sent the x-rays along with the claim to the insurance company and as the result, the claim got denied and they never followed up to correct it until I dig more and personally called them and the insurance to find out. Even then I had to call them 10 times or more! (and I am not exaggerating) to fix the claim issue. Finally, after 4 months of back and forth, the insurance company called that they never received the x-rays! I am so disappointed

I am updating my review for a few reasons. A person from the staff contacted me and we spoke in great detail about the extensive training that they have completed for all the employees since covid. We spoke about the offices best practices and what's going on in plain view and behind the scenes. So as you can imagine when they saw what I experienced they were very concerned. They were extremely apologetic and assured me that the employee would be going through retraining. This talk really helped to address my concerns and brought some relief and peace of mind.

Their service has always been great and professional. Dr. Nav is a perfectionist, and very passionate about her work. She cares a great deal of her patients, and makes sure that they experience a minimum level of discomfort during treatments. She listens to all of the concerns and takes time to address the concerns.
Unlike some of the dentists who tend to "up sell" the treatments, they recommends treatment only if they thinks it's necessary.

I literally felt like a family member here. I walked in as a new patient and was greeted by the front office staff- they were incredibly warm and friendly. I filled out my forms and they sat me within 5 minutes of even walking into the door. I came in for a routine cleaning after not having been to a dentist in about a year- and found out i needed to do a filling. Dr. Hamalli and Dr. Nav were so sweet and gentle. I went into the clinic with excruciating pain in my molar, and saw Dr Nav. She not only did x-rays right away and diagnosed it as a broken molar, but fit me in for extraction a few days later giving the antibiotics time to do their job. The extraction surgery went as smoothly as it could possibly have and I've been pain free even since. She was also great at constantly following up on how I was healing and called me in to remove the sutures on my extraction site. Highly recommend Dr Nav for all your dental needs.

Been to this place a couple of years ago to do a routine check up and cleaning and I didn't like how I was being treated. Like many other Yelpers who gave their feedback, I also experienced the greed in them; they were trying to get this tooth redone and at that time and I had no insurance, so I opted out. They also tried a scare tactic that says it may fall out when you least expected and told me a story of how this patient was on the plane and he was warned by them and when he least expected, the tooth cracked. Dr “ Nav” is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. And I e hD major work done on my mouth. I was terrified of going to the dentist after a very serious near fatal incident in 1985. I just wanted to do a cleaning. But Dr Savitha refused to do the cleaning unless I let them take x-rays of my mouth. I didn't want to unnecessarily let them irradiate my mouth with x-rays when I just wanted to do basic preventative cleaning.
I think Dr Savitha just needs x-rays to get more money from insurance and possibly upsell me on their services. Because I didn't consent to x-rays the doctor refused service and I ended up wasting time on them.

After going to few other dentists in mountain view and Sunnyvale I finally settled for my go to dentist here. Both Dr Navjyot and Dr Kanchan are very nice.. they listen to you well, check and make sure you at ease. I got my bone graft and root canal caps done here. It was very smooth and they made sure I was fully made aware of procedure and care.. front desk is so easy to work with.. scheduling appointments cannot be easier

Horrible place. What they try to do is to get money out of your pocket and your insurance company. They asked me to do the deep cleaning which is going to cost $2300. This amount they will charge it thru insurance company. They asked for $600 for the medicine after deep clean which my insurance won't cover. I decided not to do it there. What pisses me the most is that the reception has a horrible attitude. Unprofessional and lack of patient, don't even know why she's doing reception if her attitude is horrible. I have been coming here for years, since Dr. Britenbach was still here and I stayed b/c of loyalty to him. Through the last few years this practice has become capitalistic. I feel like cattle and the dental assistance seem to be doing everything. Today I asked to speak to the dentist 3 times but the assistant were adamant in beginning the cleaning. I called in to schedule my appointment, I informed the staff that I will be out of the country for the next month and would prefer to see Dr. Panjrath before I left, they got me in the day before I left.
Enter the office and the reception was "meh", the receptionist was asking for my personal details loud and about in front of other patients - not cool. I was asked to fill a bunch of forms, the forms were asking for some personal details which I had never seen any other dentist ask.

Went over all the paperwork needed to get me started on my first visit for a cleaning and check up. Told me before signing anything and proceeding what the costs were for my visit.
X-rays were quite fast just with a little pain, the assistant doing it seemed to be in a rush.
Teeth cleaning process was painless and proficient. Went over all the problems areas with the dentist and what plans of action were going to be needed. Scheduled the appointments the minute I left the chair.
