Not only are they owners, they're project managers as well-overseeing every project that Delta 3 Engineering completes. In the beginning, there were a total of five employees working in an undeveloped suite in the Platteville Business Incubator (PBII) Building. As the company developed and our list of clients grew, the need for more space was necessary.
Delta 3 specializes in civil/municipal and environmental engineering, structural engineering, + Grant Writing and Financial Assistance, land development and planning, grant writing and financial assistance, land surveying, mechanical design, plumbing design, and lighting design.

We enjoy designing unique technical solutions for breweries and food-processing facilities. We've studied some of the oldest breweries in the world to better understand the brewing process and the buildings in which these systems are housed. Cheese-plant design is another one of our specialties. Each cheese plant requires specific space planning, structural engineering, and HVAC and plumbing solutions.
Focusing on the details allows us to sensitively integrate modern conveniences while preserving the original character of buildings-from church additions to the adaptive reuse of entire warehouse district blocks. We particularly enjoy updating underutilized buildings to boost the vibrancy of historic downtown areas.
The most successful projects involve listening to our clients and creating efficient, innovative designs through extensive coordination. We enjoy working with municipalities and higher education institutions to create long-lasting solutions that strengthen the unique styles of the city and the campus.
