First and foremost, Little Village believes the safety, health and happiness of the child is a priority. It is our belief that the teacher is the most important factor needed to achieve high quality care. Also, it is necessary to meet the child where they are and to provide meaningful and developmentally appropriate experiences so each child feels successful at his level of ability.
Educational professionals have proven that the years of 0-5 to be the best time for cognitive development. Our structured curriculum offers both hands on and teacher led activities to develop better language and math skills, fine and gross motor skills, along with social and emotional maturity.

Services
Little Village is continuing our founding principles of providing a developmentally appropriate preschool experience preparing children for kindergarten. Little Village enrolls children six weeks up to 12 years old. We offer before and after school programs for students attending Fort Miami and a summer program for school-agers.
Little Village Preschool uses the Creative Curriculum. This curriculum was designed with the fact in mind that children learn best by doing and our goal is to teach your child to be an enthusiastic learner. We want to help children become independent, self-confident, inquisitive learners.

We are a 3 star center as rated by Ohio's Step-Up-To-Quality Program. In Lucas County there are only 177 licensed facilities. 16% are 2 star and 28% hold the distinction of 3 stars. Ohio's Step-Up-To-Quality program is a statewide initiative that focuses on quality in the child care environment. Step Up To Quality is a voluntary, quality rating system for early care and education programs.
My child has been going to LVP since she was 6 weeks old, and she is now 4, so they are like a second family to us. She comes home every day telling me something new that she has learned. There is no other group of people that I would trust more to be with her every day. Little Village Preschool has been a monumental part of our family's life.

Awesome. Great staff. Clean facilities. Part of the family.
My kids have been a part of this school/daycare since they were babies. The staff has been/is wonderful. We visited and toured most of the facilities in our area and had no doubt this was the one for our family. Thanks for all that you do for us LVP.
