They WILL WORK WITH YOU I promise. I just purchased an engagement ring a few hours ago and I am a very satisfied client. Look, I know purchasing a ring is nerve-wracking for various reasons, you may not get it right ( it happens) and Let's be real, some may even feel embarrassed because of their budget. And it's ok. This place is absolutely amazing. So happy with my ring and the people who work here. They are so kind and loving. It is easy to see how much they love what they do and their customers. I came in with a broken chain looking to trade for something heavier and ended up getting my chain fixed and buying a new chain that is exactly what I was looking for! When I came in the chain I was looking at wasn’t the length I was looking for so they ordered the same chain in the length I wanted. The whole process took less than 5 days from ordering to pickup. My mom brought in some rings and designed her dream wedding ring as well! At Queens, you are treated like family and customer requests are the priority!
