Callie is an amazing wedding planner and coordinator! I am so grateful and thankful for how she made our day so easily and stress free. All the set up and coordination of our reception was just so seamless and the details ::chef's kiss::. Callie is super friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. I love that Callie was that rock for us and helped us through the inevitable family drama that comes with planning a wedding. When I tell you should hire Callie, I really mean you NEED to hire her.

Joe and I hired K. Rose events to be our day of coordinator. It was a smooth process on inquiring. I simply filled out the form via their website and within 30 minutes I got an email back. A phone call an hour later and we were set. Everything passed by too quickly and Callie did an amazing job at being our day of coordinator. She made a fairly simple timeline, placed decor where we requested to be, coordinated with our florist, dessert vendors, DJ, MC, etc. Everything turned out great, of course there were minor hiccups such as our neon sign not working, but she got it to work. I have been meaning to write this for almost a year now. I'm not typically one to leave reviews for people/businesses but I feel that this will truly help people who are trying to decide on booking a planner. Callie is amazing, and deserves to be recognized for her work ethic, organization and attitude. Because of Callie we were able to have everything with our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. I am so happy with Callie. We chose to get married at Speakeasy during Covid. Our plan included Callie as a wedding coordinator. Boy! She is a life saver. I hadn't found a makeup artist and she recommended Tiffany. Callie was right on with her suggestion. Callie assisted during the wedding, made sure our decorations were on point, managed my family, and managed time for us. Callie worked with the photographer I chose and the balloon decorator. Callie did amazing! I had my wedding at the Speakeasy on State. She was so incredibly helpful during the whole process. Communication was on point. She was in constant contact with me and my vendors. She was great about creating a timeline and sticking to it, which made the wedding day flow so nicely. Plus, she set up everything on the day of the wedding which made made it less stressful. AMAZING. Callie was SO helpful and supportive during our wedding in October. We had concerns about having a wedding during a pandemic but Callie took the reigns and made it work. She handled any issues we had with vendors or concerns with our vision -- she even so graciously allowed us to borrow some of the centerpiece decor she had in her personal collection. Callie was easy to get in touch with and I felt like she fully supported my husband and I throughout the entire process. I recommend Callie a thousand times over!

Wow! Who would've thought we'd run into a pandemic during our wedding planning! We 100% absolutely couldn't have managed it all without Callie! With about a 3 month notice, Callie helped us pivot from a 170 guest wedding in an Orange County venue to a 65 guest backyard wedding in Yucaipa. Callie! I work with Callie at Speakeasy on State and having her as my wedding coordinator for my pop-up wedding at the venue couldn't have been more perfect. Callie is absolutely amazing! Due to the recent pandemic our wedding had been postponed/rescheduled multiple times, and we ended up changing venues to one that Callie coordinates events at. K.Rose events organized a styled wedding shoot and it was perfect to the smallest details! The flowers, stationary, dresses, everything was perfect and so beautiful!
