The place itself is alright, however management is dismal an crude.
The place itself has thin walls,unlevel platform an walls are LEAD! States such in the lease agreement. I wouldn't recommend living here if you don't have too.
I got a "write up" for my son drawing on the brick on my apartment with chalk. Landlord said "it looked like trash an needed to be cleaned off" well my son's 2, sorry he can't appease your art tastes.
Neighbors are alright kind of keep to themselves, but the other porches an apartments I've seen have trash an debris. But you have to go behind the apartments to see this
