I had been to this dentist before to get cavities filled. The pain was horrible with little to no medicine given to counter it. The dentist didn't seem to care that I was clearly in major pain...she is very indifferent and cold especially for a black woman serving another black woman (me). I will never return to this dental office. After waiting a full two hours on my first visit I was lied to by dental tech that they didn’t know why I was there though I carefully explained my need when I called to make the appointment. Plus receptionist reviewed my dental need at front desk when I checked in. Bottom line they didn’t have time to serve me after a two hour wait but it was my fault for having an appointment that day. My kids SECOND unsuccessful appointment here! They are EXTREMELY unprofessional! The first appointment we showed up and they were closed. We thought they were just late and sat outside for an hour. They called me the following week to reschedule and said they called to cancel all the appointments. I never got a call. Today we show up at 12:17...… yes that’s late... but Atlanta traffic, come on! The ABSOLUTE worse dental experience of my life. I took my grandmother to Fabulous Smiles in early August for dentures. It is now October 5th and they have lost the dentures or not sent them off to the lab. My grandmother is 94 and not very mobile due to a fractured hip. The 2 stars are for the friendliness and after that I can't say anything nice. I had a cleaning and had to take my partial out at the end of the cleaning my partial was on the flour and no one even noticed it, I had to find it myself because it wasn't given back to me after the cleaning was done. On another visit I was fitted for a crown and wasn't consulting on if the color match was good and wasn't given the opportunity to because they chose the color while having a filling done. Its in the HOOD so the patients are interesting. Ok,where do I start? *sigh* I picked this place because of my insurance and it wasn't too far from my house. My first time I went to this location was back in March/April just for a teeth cleaning, they're not too friendly. Some guy with dreads cleaned my teeth and he cut, scrape, or picked at my gums a bit much so I would move alot then eventually had to ask him to stop. Dr. Green and her office has taking care of my girls since they began going to the dentist. Her office has always done a great job with being pleasant and professional. They have also been great at making sure my two daughters are comfortable and knowledgeable of the treatment every visit. The facility is always nice and clean.

I love this place! Warm, cozy atmosphere, and everyone is always sweet and welcoming. Dr. Greene recommended that I get fast braces because my teeth were shifting and she said that I would not have to wear braces for years. She was absolutely right, I've worn these braces for 4 months and already those who saw my teeth before are in total shock of how much of a difference they made! After Grant Park Dental cancelled by appointment on short notice, I searched for a dentist that had available appointments and took my insurance.
Landed at Fabulous Smiles in the West End. I had a great experience with the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist. It wasn't Dr. Greene but I was satisfied with my exam.
The office is crowded and they see a diverse clientele. I greatly appreciate doctors that see diverse income clients.

I have been getting the same tooth worked on for nearly 5 months. I always have long waits. The front desk staff are very unpleasant and unprofessional. If they didn't already bill my insurance for dental work, I wouldn't be coming here. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. I strongly advise anyone thinking of getting dental work done here to reconsider and choose somewhere else to go. Today will be my last visit.
