I bought a slightly used car from May Motor Co in Springfield, MO back in late 2020. The car had a slow tire leak that I had to pay to have repaired shortly after purchase. Fast forward to 2021 and there is paint peeling off the car in odd locations. The car is still under the Hyundai factory warranty so I take it to the dealer to claim warranty repair work and the dealer & body shop tell me the car had body work from previous damage done. The "fair" price I paid for the car is no longer considered fair...and I'm stuck with a car that is starting to look bad. The Carfax

Edit - the owners rescue Corgis. That alone should convince you to buy from them.
Bought my Kia Sorento in April. Not only do I absolutely love my car but they were so great to work with. I've never had an easier or nicer car buying experience. Will definitely be back to buy my next car if I ever need one. Definitely recommend them. They are not like the big car dealers, thankfully.

I stopped by to look at a Jeep they had listed online. I met with Mark and he got me the keys and I went for a short test drive. When I got back he gave me a trade-in value that I was happy with. He told me to take the Jeep home and show the wife so I took him up on the offer and showed the wife. She loved it so I went back to make the deal. When I go back to the lot Mark advised that he quoted me too much on my trade and he came down a $1000. I was ready to leave at that point because what I was trading was worth more and what he was selling wasn't that special. At that point he came back up another

I dread and hate car buying/shopping. Darrell and Patrick made this process so easy. It feels very genuine, laid back and friendly at this dealership. I didn't feel "handled" or "manipulated" in making this purchase. They considered my offer and made me a very fair deal with no crazy back and forth games. I would say I spent less than 3 hours total including test drives, financing...everything, over 2 days time making this purchase.....it was not a whole day or 2 exhausting process. They allowed me to walk away and think without trying to push me to decide right away. Quick, friendly and efficient
