The staff at Audi Springfield are some of the best around. Josh in sales has been great help and easy to deal with. I can’t say that about half the other car dealerships I’ve been to over the years. Cody the service manager is always very helpful and gives us a loaner when we come for service. I couldn’t ask for much more from this group. Five stars, highly recommended.

We purchased a 2019 Q7 and our experience couldn't have been better. Sam was tremendously helpful and he was able to answer all of our questions. He was patient and he spent the time to make sure we knew how to use all of the functions on the vehicle. He even went online and completed all of the additional registrations for the different features on the vehicle so we didn't have to. The price was great and there was no haggling or typical issues with buying a car. Mike the sales manager was great and Cory was fantastic with the warranty process. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend
