NICE and PROFESSIONAL doesn't even begin my story,, cuz I have a PHOBIA toward dentists since a kid and I am really close to 70 now! but haven't had the nerve to see a dentist since 2015 when I was laid off due to my company's merger. Today, I Had to make an emergency appointment this morning with Rene and she was so sweet, so reassuring that I took her at her word. Got there half full of anxiety and half glad but crying on the inside. Met JO and she was as sweet and informative as Rene, bring in Doc and she was the icing on the cake, they all had smiles behind those masks!!
