Langenwalter is the Best! I have used their carpet cleaning services for years and have always been very pleased. Steve cleaned my carpets today and dyed an area where bleach had removed the color. He did an amazingly awesome job bringing the carpet back to normal! I cannot recommend Langenwalter enough!!!

I have used Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning for a long time, but will not use them anymore. They came out and cleaned our carpet like they have many times before. I felt like a couple of places didn't come as clean as I expected, so I asked them to come back out. The gentleman who answered asked me to take pictures of the spots and text them to him. I did. He did not respond until the next day. His response was for me to put the spot cleaner they left with me on the carpet put a paper towel on then step on it. In the past if I was unhappy they would come back out and not ask me to send pictures and

Scott did an excellent job ! He was on time and went right to work .. it was a whole house cleaning with 2 couches .. most the dog pee and stains disappeared! House looks like new . .. very professional.. he explained that the carpet cleaner I use does more harm by rubbing in the stain and dying the color with its chemicals ... he left me multiple cleaning solutions from them to use .. but honestly.. I'll just call Scott to get rid of it next time we spill stuff !!!!

Langenwalter's Carmel is simply the BEST for general upholstery and carpet cleaning as well as tough stain removal. My husband and I have been replying on Langenwalter's since we moved to Indianapolis 11 years ago for keeping our carpets and upholstery looking in top shape. We've had them remove red wine stains on our sofa, sick dog stains on our brand new carpet (3x in 1 month!!) and other every day living stains on carpet and upholstery. Langenwalter's had them looking brand new again!! The office staff and technicians are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable

I had a horrible experience with a sketchy carpet cleaner who advertises in those coupons you get in the mail. So after researching reviews, I found Langenwalter, and I'm glad I did! I've used them 3 times in the past 5 years for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. The same guy comes to my house every time. You know a company is doing something right when they have long-term, happy employees. Friendly office staff makes scheduling a breeze, and they've always done a great job.

Our carpet was older, worn and had some bad pet stains as well as some stains in my children's playroom. Not quite sure what it was exactly but we could not get it out with our at home carpet cleaner, nor could Stanley Steamer when we had them clean it once. We opted to try Langenwalter and I was totally impressed. The technician was on time, polite, courteous to my home, and really spent the time getting those stains out. I couldn't believe he was able to do it! Its a nice bonus that they left a bottle of the spot cleaner with me too. I would highly recommend this company, especially

Very expensive, average cleaning quality that I get myself with my own carpet cleaner. Worst part is that I paid per section of room, or per hallway, and then he left last few feet of room or hallway uncleaned. When the company called to "follow up", they were not interested in how happy I was with local contractor, just wanted to know if he showed up, that's all. I think that sums up how much the company cares about the job they do for hundreds of dollars.
