The technician that showed up actually seemed fair with giving my wife a decent price with an enzyme to stop our cat from making a mess on our carpets (that is for the one star instead of negative stars). However, the technician's work seemed to have redistributed the dirt in the carpet rather than actually cleaning it and he was careless when it came to muddy water hitting brand new down comforters from his hose and scraping our walls and doorsills. This is the worst company I've ever encountered. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They promote deep cleaning which was a lie. They "cleaned" my carpet and when it still looked dark the technician said it was because the carpet was still wet. That was plausible...until the next day the carpet was even darker. It took 28 hours for my carpet to dry. And that was with fans blowing constantly. The service afterward was worse. They sent the same technician a second time and this time he left puddles of water in my kitchen (I think as retaliation). I spoke to the supervisor/manager/owner

S C A M!!!!! This company is a scam they "cleaned" my carpets and they looked exactly the same afterwards I got down and cleaned the same stain they couldn't get out and it came out just fine. I called them to tell them about the issue I had they're "VP Ryan" said that he wasn't going to do anything to help me because he sees I'm just trying to get over them hung up on me. This company is very unprofessional and disgusting.

They showed up on time and cleaned my carpets well!
The carpets were not to wet when the technician left. We left furniture off the carpets for the remainder of Saturday afternoon and evening. And by Sunday morning my carpet was completely dry.. people saying You get a price and then it easily becomes something extra is not correct. We were quoted $249 for the whole house and a stair case.. the gentleman offered stain removers and deodorizer for a total of $400 I politely declined and my total after taxes was $256. I would definitely use this company again.

Scam alert. My husband called this company because they had advertised 4 areas + a hall for $89. They got here and claimed we would instead need a deep cleaning treatment so it was $270. For a deep clean, cool, I guess. We absolutely needed it. The entire time the technician was here I was in another room to keep our dogs out of the way. He was in and out within an hour. I had Clean Pro come today and I told them over the phone I had the $49 coupon in the Reach catalog for a regular sized, regular fabric couch. When they arrived they said my couch was a "light" color and an expensive fabric so instead of $49 it would be $154. I laughed out loud. I asked them to leave. They then came down to $100...I said no but it seemed they wouldn't' take no for an answer..so I reluctantly agreed. I would not recommend Clean Pro LLC. Too many hidden charges. You will not receive the rate provided on the coupon. The company will also pass along any credit card fee to you. A $300 carpet clean can easily become $700. Called and voiced my displeasure to a gentleman in their office about all of the hidden fees. Was advised that I would receive a call back from Ryan on the following business day. This was at the end of October and I am still waiting for that call back. Take my advice and stay away.
