If there was negative stars I would put that!! Marty Hansen appraised my house $23K less than I am paying property taxes for. I could see 5-10K but $23K less????? I called to discuss this with him and he would not call me back. He called the MTG company and miss lead them to think he called me and I was unhappy about it but understood. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!! What kind of business person is this??? Lowballs people on their houses and then miss leads the Mortgage company!!!????
