A very pleasant experience shopping at Argentum. Had a great variety of chains to look at, I ultimately ended up ordering one through them and could not be happier with the final product. I felt extremely comfortable with the process and with the staff. I got a friendly text reminder the day it arrived and went in to fit it, haven't taken it off since.
I visited several other places and I would say that other stores had very condescending staff. That was a complete turn off to even doing business at other stores.

Very unique jewelry. I went in with the loose diamonds to ask about making earrings. Though they work with a jewelry designer, they never got back to me. I don't respect businesses who don't follow through with sales. But I bought my wedding ring there.

Wonderful service! I had three pieces of jewelry that were not very expensive (but were important to me) that needed minor repairs, and they were fixed in about 5 minutes and cost $5. I was very happy with the results and everyone was very friendly!
