I am very disappointed with this jeweler. It was the first time using this in town jewelry-store and my stone fell out of my ring in only a week. I took it back and was told it would have to be sent out ,but would be back within a week. Ok 3 weeks later still no ring!!! I go in an they give some BS about it is in quality control or at the post office... blah blah ... Ok after passionately expressing my opinion an telling them I would see them in court and leaving.. wouldn't ya know the owner called me not even 2 blocks away an said she wanted to give a full refund and apologized. But honestly

Had business in Greenwood, so stopped by a jeweler there to have my 30+ year old watch serviced and new battery installed. Was told the watch is dead and they couldn't fix it. Next day my wife took it into DeLynn Jewelry. Was given the watch back in working order. This watch has been on my wrist 24/7 (divers watch) for 30+ years and was really saddened when Greenwood said it couldn't be fixed. Thank you so much for your help and getting it running again.
