In Five Element Acupuncture, all of the points have a spirit name to represent it's function when used. One point at the end of the eyebrow is called "Silk Bamboo Hollow." Bamboo is a precious resource in China and is known for its strength, resilience and its quality of being empty and clear which allows for light to shine through.
When I approached Elizabeth for an acupuncture treatment, I was experiencing sadness and despair due to significant losses in my life. I felt lost and unable to move forward. Immediately after each treatment, I felt an unprecedented release of deep-seated-tension in my entire body. I have also been feeling a remarkable shift of energy within me: I feel a renewed sense of direction, trust, acceptance, and well being.

Elizabeth is an amazing acupuncturist who has been helping me with my migraines and stress. I have felt an incredible amount of relief and her wise words of wisdom are extremely helpful. She creates a very soothing and calming atmosphere and the relaxation feeling lasts for many days after the appointment. I would highly recommend her!
