Our mission is to provide comprehensive advanced care close to home. We strive to treat each patient holistically and as conservatively as possible, without the need for extensive surgery or long-term medication use. Our procedures are minimally invasive. We want to ensure that each patient's experience is as comfortable as possible on their road to recovery.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections can be performed in the office. This is a regenerative medicine procedure that can help heal chronic tendon, ligament, and arthritic conditions by using your own blood plasma to stimulate tendon and cartilage growth. The procedure is safe and very simple compared to more invasive surgical treatments.

I feel that the doctor I see, nurses, office manager, and many within this office have been amazing to work with. There’s been multiple times I’ve encountered the need for extra help, and was helped each time in a friendly, fast manner! Even had issues with some billing that was taken care of immediately!! Love all that are there! Highly, highly recommend!

This review is for ELKO Spines Physical Therapy department. Friendly knowledgeable staff really helped my daughter. Got her back up and running pain free and informed her how to keep it that way when she was finished with therapy. Great location close to home and clean during these tough COVID times.

So far I am not impressed. The receptionist is rude, doesn't listen, and is completely unorganized. Physicians assistant has been helpful but overall I think this place needs some better organization. Update, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. There is a profit before patients mentality here. The office manager is disrespectful and unprofessional and if you express your frustration you will be labeled as verbally hostile! Just go somewhere else.

Dr Geisler and his staff have helped me maintain a high quality of life, after getting a severe back injury from MVA. He has taken the time to listen, diagnose and treat me, resulting in my ability to do practically anything I used to before my accident. I give him a lot of credit. Due to other health issues, he has consulted willingly with other physicians. His associates and staff are incredibly empathetic. I highly recommend him and his clinic!!

The officer Manger is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the medical field . If I was the owner of this rehabilitation center . I would immediately terminate the office manger and then proceed to taking a serious look into the way the patients are talked to in person and on the phone . The unprofessionalism in this office is beyond unprofessional. And for the owner of this business it's really concerns me where your bottom line is . Are you there to allow this disrespect and treatment to your patients . You are not treated like a patient her you are treated like a atm

Dr. Geisler is not patient oriented. He works for the insurance companies. He refuses to prescribe pain medication no matter what condition your in. Very unprofessional. He rushes you through appointments. Your just another number. IMO, you better find a real doctor who cares about their patients and are willing to properly treat them for their pain and injuries. Not worthy of one star. I have been seen by another doctor who was very thorough and found other injuries Dr. Geisler failed to find. I doubt Dr. Geisler ever looked at my MRI images.

I have been seeing Dr Gieler for pain management for my knees and my sciatic . Had shots done on both and finally had a RFA done which is a Radiofrequency ablation for pain for my back. Also had a full knee replace by Dr Hoffman, It has work wonderful. with 80 % after 2 weeks of no pain on my back. Highly recommend this procedure for back pain. The staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend. Give them a 5 star

I wish we had more Doctor's offices like Elko Spine and Rehab in Elko. It is always a great experience, never wait very long, staff are super nice and helpful and the doctors all care so much about their patients. I have been going for a long time with neck and spine problems from a car wreck and they have always provided me with the best care you can get anywhere.

Do not go to this facility if you can help it. No direct problem with PA or nurse but if the staff decides they do not like you you won't get past the front desk. They are unprofessional and incompetent. The office manager will make sure you do not get an appointment, get your calls returned and your messages for your provider will never reach them. After the doctor requested my Mom get an MRI of her neck, it took the office staff two weeks to submit the request to my Mom's insurance. The office manager refused to let my Mom leave a message with her provider after her surgery consult resulted in recommended change in medication. This kind of care seems reckless for a "spine and rehabilitation institute". The office manager needs to be sent to a PROFESSIONALISM workshop ASAP. Also worth noting that all the “positive reviews” on this page are from staff or their relatives.
