First Choice Physical Therapy is one of the best offices in the area. I have never used physical therapy until now due to a work related injury. It took roughly two months to recover and my wrist is much better because of it. The facility is nice, clean and the staff is professional; they make physical therapy fun and they are very knowledgeable. The exercises were great and helped me get my strength & mobility back up to speed. Thank you Dallan, Mary, Tyler, Haley and the physical therapy team for being so welcoming and creating a good environment where people can heal and grow.

The team at First Choice Physical Therapy is absolutely amazing. Amy at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The Physical Therapists are knowledgeable, and work hard as well as smart, to make your life better. The Physical Therapy Technicians are well trained and keep you on track during your session. I have no complaints about the care I receive.

Absolutely the best experience! Sam is thorough in his assessments, explains everything in great detail. Hailey, Tyler and Dallan are extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. In my opinion First Choice Physical Therapy is one of the finest Therapy centers I have attended. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff are always friendly and take extra time in helping you get the tough time you are going through. I have had several surgeries in the past and going Therapy is not always a pleasant time. Coming to First Choice with their exceptional staff has made my Therapy a less stressful experience. A heartfelt Than You to First Choice and their staff.

Everyone at First Choice in Spring Creek is amazing to work with. They cater to people with specific special needs and Dallon has been so kind and made physical therapy enjoyable for my uncle. Friendly, patient, and accommodating! 100% reccomend them. when I asked my uncle how he enjoyed it he said "Dallon is a nice man and my friend"

My teenage son has been receiving physical therapy services from Sam Moore from First Choice Physical Therapy. Sam is very encouraging, positive, friendly, willing to answer questions and explains why my son needs to do certain exercises. The exercises are challenging but because of the reasons listed above my son is willing to go to physical therapy. Everyone is wonderful. I would highly recommend physical therapy services from First Choice Physical Therapy.
