Decent prices for the breakfast menu. Breakfast menu doesn't have much choices but food is good.
Could use bigger coffee mugs to drink from.
The staff are Friendly.

A pleasant surprise, have passed it a few times on my forays into PA from the NJ side of the bridge.
Had the "Riverton Sampler". I'm guessing the contents of the plate were kitchen made and not purchased frozen. I never did get a chance to try the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, my wife disappeared them. I didn't stand a chance...
I'Pierogis on the sampler look like that, delicious as well.
I had the Prime Rib Melt, it was delicious and the portion of sliced prime rib was generous. My wife had the Fried Shrimp Basket. Again, a good portion. I would say that the fries for both

*Foodie alert!* This gem, right across the bridge from Belvidere, New Jersey, has an Old World charm (Dutch and now Greek roots) but does American classics with modern sophistication. The current chef is the professionally trained son of the owners and we enjoyed our food thoroughly. And his Mom, Christina, was the most charming and friendly server ever!

Food is always home made and excellent!
The owner John and his family are amazing. Personal, friendly service. Many Greek specialty foods. If you're lucky to be there at the right time he serves Fried Green Tomatoes from his own garden.

Came here for dinner on our last night in town. Wish we would have discovered this gem earlier. Food and service was excellent and the beer was nice and cold! John the owner is a hysterical grouchy old Greek and we loved his humor! It was so good we had breakfast the next day! Oh and if you get the London broil, make sure you ask them to slice it thin♡😁

Grape leaves were phenomenal. Great food. You can tell everything is made from scratch and with love from the owners. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Great food, great service, wonderful owners. Most items are made from scratch including the bread. Couldn't be happier with this restaurant/bar. Hotel and banquet rooms are also available. Wish I didn't move so far away from this fantastic place.

You have to try this place. Yes, the decor & vibe is a time warp straight back to the 80's but it's charming and wait till you taste the food. I got the broiled seafood combination and it was outstanding. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The scallops were sweet, the crab stuffing was perfect. The house dressing on the Greek salad was to die for. Very fresh and crisp lettuce - one of the ways I judge a restaurant. Also got the spinach & artichoke dip: very good.

Have lived across the river for 17 years. Tried it twice just recently. Never again. Food is ok, but the place in ancient and run down. The old man owner is a creepy dude. Makes you very uncomfortable and is at times completely rude. First thing my wife said after he waited on us was, "OMG, this is very stressful." Terrible!

I went to the Riverton..restaurant and hotel for years and years..unfortunately this weekend I was denied a room out of the blue because of discrimination..hate? Not even sure..i was never treated badly from them until now..i don't live up to the new type of clientele they want . ..like I said I went there for the last 15 year's and suddenly I am out casted..it's rude and wrong and they left me hanging!! I had counted on staying there for a week..they don't even deserve 1 star!!

This is the third time in seven months we have been there. Each time we have had delicious meals from appetizers to desserts. I really enjoy the Greek entrees available and my guests have always enjoyed their seafood dishes. They have great specials to offer and the drinks are great. The desserts truly taste homemade. We will definitely be returning for another meal here.

The breakfast was delicious, they could use another waitress. My one complaint or comment is that the owner, who acts as host and fills coffee cups, needs to wear clean clothes. His pants were filthy this morning!

This was the second time eating here. It was very dark inside the dining area. Food quantity and quality were average for the price. Would have liked a vegetable of the day with the starch on the main meal as most restaurants have. Service was good. Everyone had a smile and were all friendly.

The foods almost there but not quite. The owners are friendly and accommodating but the establishment needs some updating. They serve drinks in cool looking boots which was cool. Worth a try if you're nearby.

Head to the Riverton Restaurant if you want a meal that reminds you of home. This isn't a 5-star restaurant but who needs those all of the time? Honestly, if I were just rating on the service, I would give it 5-stars. Unfortunately, when we were here the food wasn't amazing (the chicken I had was dry, the coleslaw tasted like it had turned, and the stuffed mushrooms [while good] were so hot they left a mark on my significant other's arm!). But, again, here's the thing-- it is local, the people are nice, and the food is adequate. Do I want to come here all the time? Probably

Been coming here for years, George is an amazing cook! You come in, and they treat you like family! I can never leave this place without having their buffalo wings, they're great. They have a bar, they cater, even have multiple rooms for parties, and events.

Authentic Grecian cuisine with an all American twist. The Markopoulos clan brings you in and treats you like family. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault. The moussaka is a must - go Greek or go home!

This place is HIGHLY underrated - a family owned joint with great and surprising affordable homestyle cooking. The decor is dark and outdated, but the food is top notch. They have a beautiful bar with many great beers and wine available.Go there for a burger and beer or a delicious prime rib dinner. They are a greek family so they have all the greek faves. Unfortunately this place doesn't get enough attention or something because it's always dead during the week, but the weekends seem pretty busy. Definitely give this place a chance.
