Coach did great with my 2022 Ram 2500 order. The radio ad regarding "hitting the Moritz EASY BUTTON" and placing the order for just what I wanted, really was right. The process was very effective, even though the crazy pandemic and chip shortage delay factor kept us guessing on arrival. Coach handled the delivery very well and it was a pleasure working with him through the entire process. I am a fan of Ed Wallace on KLIF Radio and Ed gave me some valuable advice on which vehicle to consider. Ed forwarded my email to Jim Hardick at Moritz and Jim put me in touch with Coach. **UPDATE** My car has been stalling out while I'm driving and sometimes act like it doesn't want to go. I called servicing and was told to bring it in after the new year because if I bought it in now it would just sit there because they have so many people out for vacation. I asked about a loaner car and was told they didn't have any. I can't drive my car out of fear of getting stuck in traffic like last night (a brand new car with these issues smh). So now I'm stuck paying for a rental until they can get my car in and get it fixed. This is terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend the

Our buying experience was great. Our salesperson Ricky worked with us and was very diligent. Financing was okay as well. I will say that our buying experience at Moritz wasn’t bad at all. HOWEVER, my opinion is slightly different now. After we bought the vehicle and needed assistance with our warranty we quickly noticed that the customer experience changed and we were no longer treated the same. It felt as if, the dealer made the deal, now anything after that is unimportant. I have reached out to our finance manager several times with a mistake made on our contract. We were promised a resolution

I saw this truck on the net and went to the dealship. I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Ed Mack. From the min we started talking, I loved this guy! Not pushy, very knowledgeable on the ram 2500, and extremely kind. Treated me like we have known each other for year. I loved the truck from second I saw it and Ed made it happen with a very simple easy process. Kenny in finance is a Rock Star! Went over every option, warranty, and terms without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. Bubba in finance is also a Rock Star for finishing everything up for me.
