I have purchased 2 cars from Texas Auto now and each time I have been pleased. I live in Fort Worth so a ways considering how many dealerships are in the dfw area. I worked with the GM who cared about my interests and requests And also Gaby who helped and was very responsive to my requests and messages. I will be back in the future for future toys I am sure. I found the Classic Challenger online and emailed Texas Auto. Karla responded quickly and I told her we would have to be direct and cut through the crap if we were going to do business together. I have her an honest appraisal of my own vehicle...they gave me a fair trade for my Equus over the phone. We finished the deal...I left my 500 deposit on Saturday...drove down on Monday morning. The finance manager gave me decent rates...the deal was simple. I will buy from them again. I did fail to mention they removed two dings with a paintless dent guy to seal the deal. Yes, mistakes were made on my part. I choose to give a deposit. They have had it for 7 days and will only give back 1/2...on a vehicle that isn't even ready to be sold!!!

Management reached out to me after my last review/experience. I was hesitant but went back in to give them another try. I've actually been back quite a few times since then. They really worked hard to get my business back. Besides oil changes, I've also trusted them with minor car repairs. Prices are absolutely exceptional compared to other shops.

All the paperwork. So now I have a car on the side of the road with a smoked transmission. I was told bring it in on Monday....sure but it doesn't drive. It's never had a state inspection, can't get a state inspection because it doesn't drive. If any real "manager" would like to call me my number is on file I'm sure, and my name is on this post.
