I would not recommend them; they were very hateful to me and hung up on my HR director! We had an issue with my health insurance that is provided and paid for through my work. My HR director and my BCBS representative had to call them to explain my coverage and they still kept getting it incorrect and stating I was going to have to pay over $4000 out of pocket. I was lied to and told that they verified my coverage and did their research and kept telling myself and my HR rep that we were incorrect, and they were still expecting me to pay that at my 1st visit.
