This is the only jewelry store I will EVER buy from again! My husband got my 2ct engagement ring from here. I absolutely love it! Is is exactly what I wanted. Ben and Jane handmade my beauty exactly as I described. The quality of the jewelry here is exceptionally beyond any other store for the price!

I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon without an appointment to ask if they could cut off my too small wedding ring for an upcoming hand surgery. They were very kind and dropped what they were doing to accommodate me with no charge for the service. I will definitely be back after the surgery and have my ring re-sized by them!

I couldn't leave a review before as I was working with them on getting an engagement ring from them afraid the now fiancée would find out. I was recommended this store by her friend and we went together. Ben was given a price range and worked with me on it. Many different options were given at my price point and was given a good price.
Ben recommended an appraiser and insurance provided me a sense of ease as I was proposing in Hawaii. She loved it and the high quality sparkle keeps her eye drawn to it.

I spotted this ring during their annual sale in July and it was love at first sight; It was stunning -- but just a bit too big. The jeweler tried fitting it with a post to make it fit twice, but it was still just a little big. Without me asking, he offered to have it sent out to be remade just to fit my finger exactly. I just picked it up tonight, and could not be more pleased. It's more beautiful than I remember!

This place has exceeded my expectations so many times that I refuse to enter the big, hard-sell jewelry stores. (I'll never forget the time a "closer" came and sat with me at another store, after the initial pressure didn't work.) No closers here.
I refer all my friends here. Ben and Tim must have been trained differently -- they don't pressure you and take care of you years after your first purchase. Customer for life.

William Harold Jewelers made my engagement ring dream come true!! My fiancé and I wanted a natural Alexandrite, one of the most rare stones in the world. On top of that, we wanted a big and round Alexandrite with high quality color change. Tim was up for the challenge and helped us find the most gorgeous Alexandrite anyone has ever seen. He worked with us on a gorgeous setting that showcases the stone's depth and found the most beautiful diamonds to pair it with. Just had the best experience with W Harold and sons,
We went in to look at estate rings, not only was the perfect diamond there, it was a very reasonable price. I didn't like the setting so they offered to make me one for free! It only took a week to make and it's so perfect. Such an awesome team! Will be back for sure!

Six stars. I happened upon William Harold Jewelers while visiting in Southern California and stopped in to get a new watch battery. Installing the battery was easy, but replacing the crystal proved problematic and required the use of a press, but the person who knew how to operate it was gone for the day. I was traveling on and couldn't come back to pick up the watch, so WHJ told me they'd finish the job and FedEx my watch to me at no extra charge. How nice!
